Where's Spot? By Eric Hill

Hey Girls,

Eric Hill's Spot series are wonderful and engaging children picture books. This picture book is about Spot's mother trying to find where her son is hiding. There are only a few sentences on each page, along with a flap that the reader can then lift, once reading the sentences.

Each page presents a new suspense that is, is Spot going to be under that flap? and the only way to find out is if the reader continues to read on. This book is definitely for very young children. The sentences are very simple and ideal for a parent to read it to their child, while the child can lift the flaps. Either way, this is still very engaging for the child.

Teresa.

I also found this website, which has loads of games with spot, that young children would love to do.
